It means once we start your project, we don't start another one until yours is finished. No splitting days between sites, no "we'll be back next week", no half-finished bathrooms while we go fit somebody else's kitchen. It's the single biggest reason our clients ask us back for their second project.

A full strip-out and refit usually runs 2–3 weeks depending on tiling complexity and how much plumbing or electrical work is involved. We'll give you a firm timeline as part of your written quote, and because we're not juggling other jobs, that timeline holds.

Yes. Bespoke design is part of the service. We measure up, talk through how you actually use the space, suggest layouts and materials, and put it all into one clear quote — at no extra cost up front.

We're a licensed waste carrier, so every offcut, fitting and skip-load is removed and disposed of responsibly. You won't be left with a pile of rubble in the drive — it's all included in the quoted price.
